BILINGUAL CFO - Abu Dhabi - 100k ++

Key criteria below:

1. Bilingual candidate - Arabic & English
2. Having experience in Abu Dhabi or in any other emirates in UAE. Preferably candidate should be residing in Abu Dhabi
3. Should have experience in handling Group of companies’ not only single company.
Baseline Job Description but not limited to
• Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
• Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/President and members of the executive management team
• Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
• Advising on long-term business and financial planning
• Provide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targets.
• Responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Group.
• Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
• Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyse internal operations, and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement.
• Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations.
• Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers etc.)
• Manage vendor relationships.
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
• Master’s degree in business administration, Accounting, or Finance required.
• Certified Public Accountant designation or any other relevant certification preferred.
